Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Herschel Pell leads client strategy and digital growth at Malmo, bringing together agency experience and a deep background in content creation.

Before co-founding Malmo, Herschel was a Marketing Intern at Dynasty Management, where he helped clients grow across Instagram and TikTok through strategic posting, trend-based content, and targeted engagement. He also ran high school sports team accounts, building local followings with game-day edits and behind-the-scenes coverage. Outside of client work, he’s generated millions of views through his personal accounts which has helped him develop a strong sense for timing, trends, and what actually performs online.

Now studying Business-Economics at UCLA, Herschel blends an academic edge with creator instincts to help brands grow with clarity, creativity, and purpose. Whether it's refining a brand’s voice or scaling content that converts, he’s focused on helping clients grow with clarity and purpose.

Anton Gridley leads content strategy and creative direction at Malmo, combining hands-on experience in social media with a deep academic foundation in media and marketing.

Before launching Malmo, Anton ran multiple high school sports and club team accounts, building strong followings across Instagram and TikTok through trend-driven edits, behind-the-scenes content, and community engagement. He’s also grown personal content across platforms to millions of views and likes, mastering short-form storytelling and platform-native strategy long before it was a job title.

Anton is currently studying media and economics in college, where he’s learning directly from ABC producers, magazine editors, and Emmy-winning writers. This real-world insight into the evolving digital landscape—combined with his creator instincts—drives Malmo Media’s mission: to give small brands the kind of digital presence that actually sticks.
